Responsibilities :

• Conducts feasibility review with suppliers prior to nomination to ensure that all requirements can be met
• Approval authority from quality for supplier nomination approvals.
• Acts as VC project manager for supplier APQP activities .
• Follows timing of new launches and ensures success and on time PPAP's. Fulfillment of life source is done in time by SQA Plant .
• Escalates risks of supplier APQP activities that impact supplier PPAP commitments.
• Provides feedback to internal project team to secure design is feasible to manufacture.
• Reviews and approve supplier PVP and PVP&R.;
• Supports PFMEA and Control plan, and capability monitoring concept development at supplier,to secure robust processes after PPAP
• Support VC ProMAP core team meetings
• Contribution to Lesson Learnt proceedQualifications :Education : Degree in Engineering, TechnicianProfessional Experience : Preferred 5 years, Automotive experience within Supplier Development and / or Quality function, understanding of processes at supplier processes is recommended but not mandatory

Specialized Knowledge :
Project Managament skills, Problem solving skills, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Quality core tools (SPC; MSA; APQP; FMEA; PPAP)

Quality Management System, Experiences in auditing (VDA6.3, CQI)Languages :
Fluent English desired
