Founded in 2008, Photosol is a photovoltaic power producer, specialized in large-scale ground-mounted power plants.

Today, the group has a portfolio in operation and under construction of nearly 550 MWp, consisting of some 60 plants, and a portfolio under development of 3.7 GWp.

As part of its growth, Photosol is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to build its photovoltaic plants. The position is available as soon as possible in Spain.


MISSIONS
The Project Manager is the main person responsible for the technical implementation of a photovoltaic project. He/she follows the project from a very early stage and follows it until its commissioning.

He/she must ensure the technical, budgetary and administrative quality of the project.

He/she cooperates with the different departments (Development, Finance, Legal etc.) in order to achieve the best result for the project as a whole.

His/her missions will be mainly to:

• Program and manage the construction of photovoltaic power plants;
• Coordinate all internal and external actors involved in the realization of the plants;
• Ensure the quality of the implementation;
• Ensure that contractors respect their commitments;
• Ensure compliance with budgets, quality and project schedules;
• Ensure and follow the procedures for consulting companies and suppliers;
• Participate in the preparation and negotiation of contracts;
• Supervise specific studies associated with construction (geotechnical, topographic, etc.) ;
• Develop, analyze and negotiate solutions for the electrical connection of production plants and ensure the followup of connection requests and purchase contracts;
• Identify the technical orientations to be taken in order to optimize the construction costs;
• Improve project and construction monitoring methods;
• Develop a portfolio of subcontractors, installers, suppliers, and experts and evaluate them regularly.

PROFILE

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering;
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position. A professional experience equivalent to master degree will also be taken into account;
• You are able to carry out several missions at the same time;
• Multitasking, rigor, organizational skills and a proactive approach to improve the quality and profitability of the production plants;
• Strong sense of responsibility and enjoy teamwork.
