Job Descriptions - Define marketplace operation strategies to facilitate commercial strategy and business growth
- Partner with commercial leaders to define and execute platform strategy, policies, processes and business system requirements
- Responsible for the P&L of market operations efficiency through cost allocation
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders across all teams including commercial, finance, campaign etc to execute the strategies defined
- Provide visibility as well as insights into the performance and health of the business including timely performance tracking through dashboards and business reviews
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 57+ years of relevant work experience in marketplace operations or 57+ years of relevant work experience in toptier consulting firms
- Strong people management skills and the ability to manage and persuade at all levels of the company
- Ability to define, develop and lead projects in a fastpaced environment
- Structure thinking and analytical skills that can be leveraged to drive planning and execution of initiatives
- High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Fluency in English is a must, any additional European language(s) is a plus
