The Role:

What You'll Do

Lead projects in the Quality/Manufacturing space as the operational face of a Veeva Business Consulting team, with responsibility for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of delivery, including scope, quality, resources, risks, and timelines
Be responsible for the endtoend design, build, and delivery of deliverables that meet overall project goals and objectives, all the while managing the work and priorities of team members
Support and mentor Consultants and Associates in developing skills and professional capabilities
Bring to clients an excellent level of industry, market, and functional insight, including Qualityspecific challenges
Proactively lead business development opportunities and proposals related to Quality and R&D
Contribute to thought leadership and campaigns that differentiate Veeva Business Consulting in the market for Quality domains

Requirements:

4+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization
Experience in Life Sciences
Deep understanding of and interest in pharmaceutical Quality Management/Manufacturing/R&D, having delivered multiple projects in this area
Bachelor's or Master's degree and excellent academic record
Proven analytical skills, with the ability to quantitatively and qualitatively assess problems and communicate responses across a range of issues
Demonstrated leadership of others in the delivery of complex deliverables
Highly efficient project management skills
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and quickly establish credibility
Have a strong personal impact and ability to influence and persuade a range of stakeholders

Nice to Have

Fluency in other languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) in addition to English
Experience with digital technologies platforms, analytics tools, apps, emerging tech, etc.
Good understanding of Veeva's platforms and solutions, especially in the Quality space, and how these can be leveraged and enhanced by business consulting services
Experience working with SaaS solutions
Veeva certified on any of our relevant Quality products
