TransferRoom is a hyper growth B2B SaaS business on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better.

We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision makers.


Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 2000 transfers and we are proud that today over 650 clubs across 100 leagues in 60+ countries are accelerating their success on the platform.


An opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Customer Success Manager to partner with elite level football clubs across France, Spain and Portugal and support them with their transfer strategy through our unique platform and events offering.


As our new Customer Success Manager here is what you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide a great on-boarding experience for new French, Spanish and Portuguese based football clubs
  • Build close relationships with our customers who are senior level decision makers.
  • Drive usage on our platform and participation of your clients at TransferRoom events
  • Go above and beyond to solve customer issues
  • Optimise the activity of your portfolio on the platform to ensure that the overall objectives of all our customers are met during every transfer window
  • Responsible for the feedback loop from customers to our Product and Data teams
  • Through your portfolio's network and relationships, you will provide lead generation to our sales team in your territories and elsewhere
  • In partnership with the Finance and Retention team you will be responsible for your customers experience with payments and billing
  • Collaborate closely with the Retention Team in relation to your clients' renewals, upgrades together with the Retention Team it will be your responsibility to ensure your customers don't churn

Who you are:


  • Ideally you have a strong Customer Success or Account management background in a subscription or membership business, or in sponsorship sales in a sports environment
  • Highly organised and an excellent, confident communicator online, on the phone and in person
  • Excellent customerfacing skills and full of energy and proactivity to drive engagement on the platform and success for our customers
  • Ability to build close relationships with decision makers at senior level within football clubs
  • Expert knowledge of the European football landscape, and particularly the transfer market
  • Handson experience with online events and the various technologies that bring efficiency and scale to the experience
  • You're fluent in English (written & verbal), French and Spanish. Portuguese is a bonus.
  • Full Drivers license
  • Willing to travel around 50% of the time
