About Challenging U Trading:

Our three-year development program will give you real jobs in three different areas of the Trading business, offering a range of challenges to help you grow in confidence, skills, and experience.

What you should bring:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
High level of English
Demonstrated ability to work independently and methodically.
Excellent interpersonal skills, crosscultural understanding, assertiveness, and persuasiveness, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic market landscape.
Strong adaptability and resilience.
Willingness to travel.
