About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our amazing team.

We are growing and we need a person who is capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.


What you'll do

  • Invoicing to customers: issuing, tracking/claiming payments.
  • Support for monthly accounting closing.
  • Support to the CEO, Accounting Department and the Financial Director.
  • Tenders with clients and suppliers (certificates, signed documents, misc.)
  • Digital archive of varied documentation.
  • Office management (coworking, notary, general purchases, catering, mail, etc.)
  • Travel organization (tickets, hotels, events)
  • Fill out surveys from public institutions (INE, etc.)

Requirements:


  • GSuite includes: Drive, GCalendar, Gmail. Other SaaS will be a plus.
  • Basic accounting (bookkeeping, invoicing, taxes, international trade, due diligence).
  • B2B communication.
  • Travel & Events management.
  • Supplier management.
  • Català and/or Castellano native.
  • English proficient user (C1)
  • Spanish working permit, based in Barcelona.
  • Available to work 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, flexible schedule.
  • Have a good internet connection at home and webcam.
  • Open attitude to learning
  • Good communication skills (good writing, active listening)
