In our plant located in Pamplona we are looking for a highly motivated ROBOT & TIGHTENING PROGRAMMER to join our team

We are looking for an enthusiast who is not afraid of new projects and travel if needed in Spain, Portugal (50 %).

English language on daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Simulation of robot cells.
• Create robot programs according to Motherson SAS Specificactions.
• Commissioning robot cell in European Plants.
• Services support.

Profile:

• Experience with creating simulation of robot cells, including cycle time analysis, layout,…
• Robot programing for different manufacturers (FANUC, ABB at least, KUKA and Universal Robot).
• Fulfilment on performance KPI: tightening rates, OEE, cycle time…
• Programming robot (Fanuc, ABB).
• Tightening tools configuration (Atlas Copco; Weber; Dessoutter..).
• Vision system configuration. xugodme
