Our international client is a Global Fortune 500 leader, providing innovative consumer, commercial and enterprise technology.

The company has its operations spread in more than 60 countries, with a portfolio comprising high-quality, secure products and services, covering personal and business hardware and software products.

Currently, they are looking for an
Inside Sales Representative E-Commerce to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.


Job Profile for Inside Sales Representative E-Commerce

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Close incoming sales opportunities to ensure that short-term goals, objects and quotas are met
  • Perform outbound calls proactively and when requested by the business, to new and existing customer install base
  • Assist customers with order placement and product information. Advise them on products and services that best suit their needs
  • Followup on leads generated from the Customer Service Team or other departments
  • Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to the final saleclosure
  • Identify opportunities to up
- and cross-sell products as per customers' requirements

  • Complete call logs and reports where required
  • Offer a high level of service meeting department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity. Overachieve on daily and monthly targets
  • Liaise effectively with other internal departments and external businesses in a professional manner, as required
  • Recognise, document and escalate customer issues or trends following appropriate communication and escalation channels
  • Maintain product knowledge by attending training workshops, and keeping up to date on product materials
  • Must be fluent in French and Spanish, both written and spoken. Any additional European language is a plus
  • At least one year of experience in a Sales Support or similar role, preferably in IT sector
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Entrepreneurial mind, highly persuasive and highly motivated to close sales
