Data, Analytics & Strategy

Candy Crush Soda Saga is looking for a Product Director for the newly formed Lifecycle area.

Joining in the early stages in the formation of this area, you'll get the opportunity to set the product direction and strategy, defining our processes and how we collaborate and work both within the area and together with other stakeholders.

As the team is under formation, you'll be the first Product Director to join, and we expect you to drive and influence the product direction for how we keep players engaged throughout their player journey.

Compared to a more traditional Product Director role, the scope for this role emphases on product direction and strategy, processes and organization, cross
- game and other stakeholder alignment rather than team development and growth. You will still influence the teams you'll be working with, but you'll work as an individual contributor, due to the size of the area in this start
- up phase.

Your role within the Kingdom

  • Lead the formulation, validation, and communication of the product vision and
strategy.

  • Define and evaluate key results and performance metrics that inform the success of our products and features.
  • Implement and drive the execution of the product strategy, ensuring timely delivery of roadmap features and improvements.
  • Work closely with cross
- functional colleagues such as UX Design, Engineering, Data Science, UX Research and Marketing.

  • Actively drive and lead some of the product opportunities directly yourself.
  • Aligning with external teams and stakeholders towards our strategy and product objectives.
  • Co
- create a great team environment, setting up processes and ways of working that serves the area and team needs.

Skills to create thrills

  • Proven experience working as a Senior Product Manager/Owner or in similar roles in agile software development environments with short implementation cycles.
  • Experience working in game development with cross
- functional teams and complex stakeholder landscape.

  • Expertise in Agile Software Development best practices, Lean Product Management and Design Thinking.
  • Ability to create great working relationships with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicationskills.
  • Enjoy problem solving and can draw both data driven business insights and user research to drive value.
  • Passion for building experiences and games that people love to play.
