We are currently looking for a passionate Reservations & Events Manager to join the pre-opening team of COYA Barcelona.

Experience you will need:

Advanced knowledge of SevenRooms.
Multitasking skills: managing multiple busy inboxes whilst leading a busy and fastpaced call center environment
Maximizing revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and taking every opportunity to upsell
Being fully uptodate and understand the competitive marketplace through analysis of trends and data, build a strategic approach to manage trends; prepare and submit statistical performance and forecasts
Adjusting sales strategies to changing conditions, such as increased local competition or decreased industry rates, propose and implement new ideas to build up and increase revenue, work in conjunction with marketing department
Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team.
Great interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
Previous experience in a management role in a highend brand, preferably multisite.
Excellent communication skills must have high level of both spoken and written English and Spanish.
Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress.
Must be friendly and attentive.
A passion for hospitality and customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to motivate and drive the team.
