Descripción del rol:

Mission:

As the department intern, the mission will consist to integrate within the team of Financial Economic Analyst supporting the creation and revisions of financial models that permit the viability study for our existing concessions assets and of future bids.

Principal Activities:

Learn and develop economic finance models to analyze both the corporate operations that arise within the portfolio of assets ( refinancing, renegotiation, valuations, contractual, accounting and fiscal modification, etc.) and new investments (bids, acquisitions, etc.), in coordination with other areas of the company and occasionally, with external advisors.
Prepare reports for internal addresses and/or for external entities, as well as the necessary documentation to comply with the procedures (internal or external), in everything that has to do with the economicfinancial analysis carried out.
Collaborate with other areas of the Company or external suppliers to help satisfactorily close corporate development or financial closing processes.
