TechStyleOS is currently looking for a

Senior Director of Paid Media.


TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.

You will support all


3 of our brands:


Fabletics, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson;

Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna; and

JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we ́re currently looking for a full-time

Senior Director of Paid Media based in our

Barcelona office.


How Do You Fit In?


The Senior Director will bring a data-driven approach to maximize conversions, improve customer journeys, and ultimately drive revenue growth for Fabletics, Savage x Fenty, and JustFab in the European market and to some in NA.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization at the forefront of the fashion and lifestyle industry.

This position will be reporting to our

General Manager based in Barcelona.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with the business objectives of Fabletics, Savage x Fenty, and JustFab in the European market as well as for JF in NA.
  • Lead and manage a team of around 15 media professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in executing paid media campaigns (Google, Social platforms and Amazon).
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns across various channels, including display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and programmatic advertising as well marketplace advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, creative, analytics, and brand teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies to drive key performance metrics, including customer acquisition, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media, and drive innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and delivering results within budgetary constraints.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize collaboration and leverage their expertise to enhance campaign performance.

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in paid media, with a focus on digital advertising, preferably in the fashion, ecommerce, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing paid media strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Indepth knowledge of various paid media channels and platforms, including display advertising, SEM, social media advertising, influencer marketing, programmatic advertising and marketplace advertising (mainly Amazon).
  • Solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and experience in leveraging CRO techniques to drive improved campaign performance and user experience.
  • Proficient in utilizing data analytics and conversion tracking tools to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to evolving industry trends and technologies.
