Description:

The
IT Senior Technical Systems is responsible for providing technical assistance on corporate endpoints. He/She will interact with everyone in the company to provide IT Helpdesk services and maintain our internal IT systems. They must also be customer-oriented and composed to deal with internal customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Provides technical assistance to the corporate users.
  • Complete troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and root cause analysis.
  • Design the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Manages Windows Active Directory.
  • Manage internal network (Switches and APs).
  • Provide support and design the AVIT at the office.
  • Executes onboarding tasks of new employees.
  • Install and maintains corporate desktop/laptops.
  • Maintains stock and manages inventory of IT assets.
  • Maintains all technology used by the corporate users.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to procedures.
  • Learn as much as possible.
  • Improve IT documentation by creating manuals, articles and keeping those up to date.

Requirements:


Desired knowledge and skills:


  • Expertise with Microsoft Desktop Systems.
  • Expertise installing and maintaining OS and Software in desktop workstations and laptops.
  • Experience with automating software installation.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux server administration.
  • English knowledge to communicate in a business environment.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with technical and especially with nontechnical personnel.
  • Experience with IIS.
  • Experience with and knowledge
  • Degree in IT Systems and Networking or equivalent.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 and on premise Active Directory.
  • 5 years' experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
  • Good understanding of computer systems٫ mobile devices٫ and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues.

Desired qualifications:


  • Microsoft M365 Certifications.
  • CCNA or similar.
