Our client is a well-known company that supplies industrial gases to the manufacturing sector.

From food packaging to eco-buses, their gases improve everything from the quality of our food to the air we breathe.

The company has offices around the world, and in Barcelona they have a shared service center covering several countries.

They are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join the transport planning team as a Logistic Assistant for the French, Benelux, and German market.

You will be working with the drivers and other schedulers to plan the liquid gas deliveries to business customers across Northern Europe.

Tasks

Efficiently arrange and coordinate transportation services for the Northern Europe region
Schedule and allocate available resources, including drivers, equipment, and products, to meet customer demand and ensure timely deliveries
Take the initiative to find solutions for unplanned changes
Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their requests and resolving any logisticsrelated issues that may come up
Contribute to a teamwork environment

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in both written and verbal communication to effectively interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
Analytical thinking, attention to details
Must be able to make decisions based on the information provided
Organizational and problemsolving skills
