- Manage logistics processes at warehouses to ensure daily operations
- Solve incidents to minimize business impact. Follow up and manage autonomously and proactively.
- Oversee 3PL´s invoicing monthly, ensuring it aligns with agreed conditions and analyze any budget deviations.
- Monitor key performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and participate in cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between logistics, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.
- Be recognized as an expert in the organization, solving complex problems, working independently, and interpreting internal or external issues.
- Office package knowledge
- Degree/educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar preferred
- Experience in international transportation and customs clearance processes
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company, 3PL, forwarding agent, or transport company
- Significant experience in multinational and multicultural environments
- Fluent in English and Spanish with international experience. Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in diverse and remote teams
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required
