Descripción del puesto:

Orders processing

  • Overseeing orders processing, invoicing and confirmation
  • Responsible for processing confirmed orders with production department, according to seasonal delivery windows, including exclusives products, special requests, special delivery window etc.
  • Management of deposits on orders and B2B payments + personal orders
  • Responsible for chasing B2B outstanding payments and overdue invoices
Logistics

  • In charge of all B2B shippings and logistics (logistics processes, documents requests, customs, shipping quotes etc)
  • Direct management of foreign distributors (sample trafficking for markets, shipments, payments, logistics organization, etc.)
  • Shipments of showroom samples to showrooms in Italy, NY, London, Paris, Tokyo, etc. for seasonal markets
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to Sales Department on orders and clients status
Warehouse and Stock Management

  • Inventory control
  • Stock Management
  • Stocks swaps between channels (B2B, D2C, ATS, PR)
  • In charge of constant monitoring of external warehouse activities (outsourced)
Customer Service

  • Swaps/ returns and cancellation
  • Sales performances updates (deduct cancelled units, issue credit notes, refunds etc.)
  • Customers complain and special requests

Liaising with:

  • Production department
  • Accountancy in order to monitor payments status, monitoring cashflow
  • Ecomm: instock swaps
  • Foreign Distributors

Main objectives:

  • Make sure orders are processed and shipped out according to company deadline and seasonal delivery windows
  • Department cost monitoring, in line with seasonal bdg
  • Make sure outstanding invoices are collected on time and promptly chased otherwise
Increase customers satisfaction rate

  • Managing operativity on in seasons swaps, returns, RTVs and special requests
  • Reporting real time updates on each customer open orders and payments and following guidelines on key accounts management
  • Make sure stock is kept updated in real time on both internal software and at the external warehouse
  • Increase B2B customer satisfaction rate according to premiumluxury company standards

Perfil:


  • Bussiness or Economics studies will be a plus
  • Minimum 35 years experiences in a similar role
  • English Proficiency + Spanish
  • Zedonk or other ERP system knowledge will be a plus
  • Experience within the Fashion industry will be a plus
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency
  • Previous experience on administrative role
