To support the Director IA Digital & Quality in the preparation, coordination and control of different IA projects.

To support Director IA Digital & Quality in ensuring that all assigned internal audits fulfil Internal Audit (IA) methodology standards, strategies, and directives.

Provide organizational and administrative support to Global Head of Internal Audit & Control on specific matters.


Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Contribute to special projects and other duties and provide input on audit practices, methodology and tools. Keep up to date with the audit methodology and the use of technology.
  • Participate in the procurement process and support the transaction recording process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, agreements, and policies.
  • Develop training content and provide trainings to IA team on audit methodology, tools and data analytics.
  • Support the Director IA Digital & Quality and Global Head of Internal Audit & Control in organization of IA team meetings with agenda, content, and monitoring of followup activities.
  • Support the Director IA Digital & Quality in defining approach to data analytics, coordinate with FC&C team on data analytics packages for IA projects.
  • Support Global Head of Internal Audit & Control on preparation of reporting to different levels of committees.
  • Support Global Head of Internal Audit & Control with general management, other organizational, administrative as well as strategic topics.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • University degree in one of the disciplines or with relevant qualifications i.e., audit, economics.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the field of corporate environment
  • Mastering Powerpoint, MS Word, and Excel
