IT Data Solutions Analyst, global

Position Purpose:

The IT Data Solutions Analyst is responsible for the identification and definition of data analytics tasks, as well as support and maintenance of data and analytics solutions provided to the business through the Brambles Data Hub (BDH).

The role may also be engaged in other data, analytics and reporting solutions (such as RPA or AI tools) in the future.

The IT Data Solutions Analyst will be working with the IT Data Solutions Lead to ensure right understanding, analysis and consolidation of data requirements across projects, provide resource estimations, timescales and other project analytics.

Measures:
The Key Performance Indicators for this role are driven by the line business' operational goals, and related IT business-aligned goals, and cover the following categories of performance:

Business value delivery from IT (measured through Benefits Realization)
Systems effectiveness (measured by customer and user satisfaction)
Project milestones and quality criteria (measured by exceptional nonconformance)
Security, controls and audit (measured by governance effectiveness & audit rating)

Major/Key Accountabilities:

Works with the IT Data Solutions Lead and business stakeholders to prioritize functional requirements.
Design and implementation of data solutions, working closely with the Project Managers.
Identify business opportunities based in data insights and communicate them through clear recommendations / datadriven business actions.
Control and document procedures so they can be understood and used by other team members. Create reusable processes where possible.
Coordinate with and support IT Solution Architect, System Analyst, Developers, Project Managers and other resources needed to ensure requirements and timelines are met.
Working with the Data Solution lead in the design, implementation and maintenance support model for data solutions.
Interrogate, manipulate, and analyse complex, highvolume, high dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and analytical techniques, as required
Work closely with the data modelling team to understand and support endtoend data solutions
Knowledge and support of the BDH infrastructure layer, working closely with the Brambles Digital team
Analyse and report on performance and usage metrics based in business needs.
Create presentations and other documentation on status and project deliverables as necessary

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Experience:

2+ years' experience in an Information Technology environment
2+ years' experience in Data & Analytics projects

Skills and Knowledge:

Knowledge in data management to support analytics and integrations
Good knowledge of Software, Data or Digital technology development
IT design and integration skills and strong knowledge of IT development methodologies
Cross-SAP modules integration, Salesforce, Supply Chain Solut
