RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive, monitor and implement OES Master Plan supporting the Production areas.
Lead OES internal assessments and support OES transversal assessments.
Drive and coordinate Excellence Committee taking accountability in the distribution of actions and followup.
Manage and implement Performance Management routines (BSC/SQCDP) standardization throughout the different levels of the organization in the Value Stream.
Customize KPI tree across the Operational Value Stream ensuring the right connection with the objectives.
Coordinate strategic map activities and cascading of objectives ensuring the alignment and consistency up to the lowest level.
Support and manage continuous improvement (TIPs).
Manage strategic projects portfolio and lead projects according to the area of expertise.
Foster knowledge sharing of benchmarks and best practices across Plants.
Promote and manage employees improvement ideas generation in the Plant.
Support communication for new initiatives being the channel of connection with shopfloor.
Support to Factory of the Future, Digitalization and Innovation initiatives by collecting requirements and defining the roadmap of the Plant.

SKILLS

Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
Languages: Advanced level of English.
Soft skills: proactive, dedication and passionate about the product, good habilities to interact and influence.
