This is your new job in Barcelona if

You have a proficient level of German and are fluent in English
You have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical issues in nontechnical terms
You are people oriented
You are open to learn new hardware and software technical specifications
You have good time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
You have the ability to improvise and adapt to any situation, operating in high pressure contexts
You are selfconfident
You are able to work 39 hours per week (rotating shifts: Monday-Friday from 14:00 23:00; Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 18:00)

**Some understanding of wireless networks (setting up wireless networks, troubleshooting, different operating systems) is a plus

Your day to day at work

Effectively communicate sales and technical information with customers
Provide a path to resolving technical issues
Report and escalate new customer issues
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Manage an individual ticket queue
