    International Talent Acquisition Partner

    Ebury - Central Malaga Office - 4 days per week office based working - 1 day per week working from home

    As Ebury continues to grow, one of our biggest priorities is finding the right people to join our talented teams globally.

    We are looking for a talented international Recruiter/Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team working in our Malaga Hub. Working closely with the wider TA team, you will support the resourcing of teams across our offices globally. Your goal will be to minimise costs by directly sourcing candidates across a number of job functions including Front and Back Office, ensuring that candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience. A fluent level of English is essential for this position as you will work in a growing international environment. Experience of working internationally and recruiting sales positions at all levels of seniority would be highly desirable.

    The Job

  • Source and recruit candidates using LinkedIn and other social networks
  • Screen candidates' CVs and job applications
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience, irrespective of outcome.
  • Maintain candidates' interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating at the offer stage.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of stakeholders in order to find the best candidate for each open role
  • Diary management and interview bookings
  • Ensure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system, Greenhouse.
  • About You

  • A proven track record as an international recruiter/talent acquisition partner or researcher/resourcer
  • Agency or in-house experience
  • Experience of volume recruitment is beneficial
  • Experience of recruitment in Financial Services or Sales is beneficial.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • Fluency in another European language would be useful
  • Highly organised and autonomous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture
