- Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting Management: Oversee and manage the bookkeeping function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Supplier Reconciliations: Conduct detailed reconciliations of supplier accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are addressed promptly across the group.
- Crypto Asset Balance Reconciliations: Oversee and collaborate on the reconciliation of crypto asset balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the digital asset market.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyse financial data to identify trends, perform cost reduction analysis, and recommend strategies to improve financial performance.
- Compliance and Control: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Financial Analysis: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the management team. Assist in financial planning and analysis to support business decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of finance professionals to ensure appropriate compliance and reporting across the group. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure integrated and efficient financial operations
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Qualifications:
- A recognized qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, newly qualified chartered accountant or 1-2 years post articles experience, with preference for fintech or financial services
- Strong understanding of traditional accounting principles, with preference for an understanding of the unique financial aspects of digital assets.
