In this role, you have the opportunity to


Contribute a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions contributing with a global leader in Health Technology.


You are responsible for- Proceeding Quotation Desk (QD) requests and preparation of QD output

  • Interaction with Account Manager and GBS to prepare QD output.
  • Conversion of QD output to Commercial Offer.
  • Prepare Commercial Offer for Customer (paper or electronic version)
  • Get the confirmation of Commercial Offer from Customer or KAM.
  • Enable the development of strong customer relationships.
Preparation of certfications and management of the customers requierements


You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Studying your Master or Bachelor in Business Administration, Management (ADE) or similar.
    You need to be enrolled in university (we require to have "convenio universidadempresa")*
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Attention to details, proactivity. Enjoying organizing and administrative tasks.
  • Proficient with MS Office advanced excel skills. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
