    Descripción del Puesto

    Se busca a una persona proactiva, con capacidad para trabajar en equipo y que tenga flexibilidad y discreción. Es importante ser responsable en su trabajo y tener la capacidad de iniciativa propia para manejar situaciones de forma independiente cuando no esté la Gobernanta.

    Funciones Principales

    1. Controlar la limpieza de las habitaciones y/o zonas comunes siguiendo los estándares de LHW.
    2. Saber preparar el trabajo diario para el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones de las camareras de pisos y/ o limpiadoras, así como el reparto de habitaciones para la cobertura.
    3. Informar al equipo de Room Service cuando haya bandejas en los exteriores de las habitaciones para retirarlas y notificar a la Gobernanta si no se recogen en un tiempo prudente.
    4. Asumir responsabilidad sobre la manutención de las flores en las habitaciones, asegurándose de que se rieguen asiduamente y reciban suficiente luz para florecer.
    5. Reportar de inmediato sobre partes de mantenimiento urgentes (inundaciones, WC atorados, problemas de AACC, espejos de aumento rotos, etc), así como mantener un alto nivel de comunicación y coordinación continua con el departamento de mantenimiento.
    6. Ser tolerante y flexible a la hora de trabajar individualmente y en equipo cuando el trabajo lo requiera.
    7. Atender las llamadas telefónicas que llegan de Recepción y de los huéspedes.
    8. Cubrir el turno de tarde y los turnos de fin de semana cuando se requiere.
    9. Controlar el stock de amenidades, material de limpieza, artículos de oficina, ... para hacer el pedido pertinente.
    10. Chequear y responder correspondencia vía mail cuando se requiera en ausencia de la Gobernanta.
    11. Formar a nuevos empleados/as sobre los SOP de limpieza y estándares del hotel y LHW.
    12. Conocimientos sobre realización de turnos, normas de contratación, para saber actuar en situaciones de baja por enfermedad, accidente, licencia, vacaciones en caso de ausencia de la Gobernanta.

    Requisitos

    • Proactivo.
    • Trabajar en equipo.
    • Flexibilidad y discreción.
    • Ser responsable en su trabajo y tener capacidad de iniciativa propia para manejar situaciones de forma independiente cuando no esté la Gobernanta.
    • Tener conocimiento y experiencia previa con el sistema de OPERA y Microsoft Office.
    • Disponibilidad absoluta y flexibilidad en cuanto a los horarios de trabajo.
    • Experiencia previa de 1 año como Subgobernanta/e.
    • Inglés B2.
