As a supervisor for the brazilian accounting team your main functions wil be the following:

Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Ensure the correctness of the accounting records. Elaborate Annual Accounts and ensure their submission. Preparation of the monthly pack of standard reporting and client reporting. Generate periodic reports for management.

Accounting:
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets. Revise and ensure the accuracy of monthly and quarterly accounting.

Audit Participation:
Maintain contact with the auditor to provide them with information/documentation.

Team Leadership:
Supervise interns and assistants providing guidance, training and support.

Client Management:
Act as a point of contact for clients. Ensure a smooth handover of all the information required, understand and address the client needs.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance accounting and tax efficiency, taking into account local nuances.

**What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?
You are an Accountant (Degree in Accounting or related)

Fluent English

You are used to International working enviroment

Proven experience in accounting outsourcing services or a similar role

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.

Strong leadership and managerial skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

During your former life, you were part of a professional service firm, and you love it.

Experience in Brazil, working as an accountant would be great since you wil be working for the Brazilian market

Knowledge in Microsoft Navision (Business Central) makes everything easier.
