    Key Position Overview:

    The Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic is responsible for selling the Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to Doctors.

    This role requires expertise in the product portfolio and other related devices. The successful candidate will be a clinical expert within the Vascular team.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and associated devices.
    • Provide exceptional service to clinical customers.
    • Support case planning and execution, ensuring successful outcomes with vascular devices.
    • Maintain daily contact with customers and execute product roll-outs.
    • Promote new technologies and identify opportunities within accounts.
    • Deliver technical product training to clinical customers and internal teams.
    • Share market intelligence and feedback with divisional personnel.
    • Collaborate on new product ideas and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Distribute updated product information to customers and teams.
    • Participate in local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Secure employee development and organizational culture by promoting ethics and compliance.
    • Maintain quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements.
    • Conduct business with integrity and adhere to applicable standards.
    • Foster relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
    • Collaborate with sales teams and support functions to deliver excellent customer service.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable.
    • Ability to interpret clinical data.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of self-motivation.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Proficiency in English and other relevant languages.
    • Proven problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Excellent numeric skills.
    • Current driving license.
    • Availability and willingness to travel extensively for company business.
