    As a Web Tech Lead, you will help us deliver a high-performance, robust, and scalable platform, and scenarios to our customers.

    This is your chance to join a successful startup/ scale-up and shape the project's future. We are using Angular, PHP and Azure alongside Unity for our product and we are looking to refine and improve a scalable technical platform where our web experience will be critical to create an amazing VR and admin experience for our users.

    What you'll be doing

    • Implement frontend and backend systems: Develop and integrate systems, tools and workflows for developers and users.
    • Guide Technical Matters: Provide leadership in technical aspects to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.
    • Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage a culture of teamwork and cohesion among team members.
    • Coach Developers: Mentor team members to ensure alignment and maintain consistency throughout the project.
    • Lead Technical Vision: Drive and decide on web platform technical topics aligning with technical, product, and content stakeholders.
    • Architectural Decisions: Define and implement the optimal web architecture (frontend and backend) that support Ubisim business goals in coordination with the Engineering Director, Unity Tech Lead and Product Manager
    • Evaluate New Frameworks : Assess and integrate new tools without disrupting existing implementations.
    • Set development and test standards: Establish and enforce development and testing best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
    • Ensure Code Quality : Actively participate in coding and uphold best practices within the team.

    • 2+ years as a Web Technical Lead.
    • Proficiency in technical and business English communication skills is required.
    • Frontend Development: Proficient in Angular (v15), TypeScript, SCSS, and Storybook for building responsive, modular web applications.
    • Backend Development: Experienced in PHP 8.1, Laravel 10, and MySQL (MariaDB) for creating efficient, maintainable server-side applications.
    • Real time Technologies: Skilled in Azure Cloud services (including SignalR and App Service) and ASP.NET Core for real-time communications and application hosting.
    • DevOps & CI/CD: Knowledgeable in Git, Docker, and AWS for version control, containerization, and cloud infrastructure, with an understanding of CI/CD processes managed by a dedicated team.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Experience in refactoring complex codebases and developing automated tests for both frontend and backend systems.
    • Familiarity with optimizing Angular performance by addressing bottlenecks.
    • Knowledge of integrating Storybook for UI component development.
    • Experience in building two-way integrations with third-party systems using OAuth for authentication.
