    Univrse is a Barcelona-based VR studio developing Univrse Framework, a solution that revolutionizes location-based VR experiences ).

    Our multidisciplinary and international team combines the physical, digital, and virtual worlds to create fascinating experiences. We love to open new paths to find unconventional solutions in the field of XR technologies.

    Requirements

    Support full-cycle recruitment with administrative tasks and interviews when necessary.

    Support sourcing candidates initiatives when necessary.

    Support HR team with coordination, administration, and execution of different Employee Engagement, Retention, and Learning projects.

    Hard skills requirements:

    You have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, International Relations, Sociology, Labor Relations, or Human Resources (others will be considered as well if suitable).

    Attending a Masters's Degree in HR is highly desired and will be a big plus.

    Soft skills required:

    Highly self-driven and eager to learn and grow within the HR sector
    Proactive, natural doer
    A positive mindset is a must
    Great communication skills

    Language Requirements:

    Spanish: Native level is a must

    English: Conversational level is a must

    Great fit:

    You see solutions to "problems" and you can act on them with ownership and a hands-on approach.

    Note: Candidates based in Barcelona and eligible to sign an internship agreement with their University will be given preference.
