You will join a French international start-up located in Barcelona and be part of a young multicultural team.




¿Qué harás?:


  • As a Customer Success Operations, your main function will be to become an adviser to your customers and partners.
  • During your day to day:
  • You will be in charge of identifying and analyzing customer issues.
  • We will also love if you make recommendations about product improvement.
  • You will be in charge of collecting information with the sales teams.
  • You will be responsible for creating car park content and ensuring quick online release.



¿A quién buscamos?:


  • You are the person we are looking for if:
  • You have a native level of French and a high level of Italian or Portuguese.
  • You speak English in a fluent level.
  • You have experience in Customer Service.
  • You are passionate about clients and partners.
  • You are dynamic and love team work.
