The Role

Job Summary


Provide consulting regarding the design, use, issues and objectives surrounding the implementation and provision of employee benefits connected to life, disability, accident, health, expatriates, BTA, Flex benefits and Employee experience, both from a local (Spanish market) and global perspective (when coordinating global benefits for Spanish headquarters).


Principal Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to multinational companies concerning health & risk benefits in Spain
  • Serve as the project manager of employee benefits services such as GBM and international clients ́ new implementations, benefit audits, harmonisation and transformation projects, creating client deliverables and reporting, contributing to client management and developing new business activities.
  • Coordinate and manage global benefits projects, working closely with client headquarters and local contacts and supporting WTW consultants in Spain
  • Manage local clients as health and Benefit account executive
  • Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team
  • Global business budgeting and finance management control

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Human resources (HR) management or Actuarial Sciences
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
  • Minimum 7 years of related business work experience
  • 24 years of Global Benefits experience

Skills:


  • Indepth knowledge of group insurance and employee benefits, such as health insurance, life and disability, expatriates benefits, Business travel, flex benefits and employee communication
  • Experienced knowledge of Spanish health and benefits insurance market
  • Capabilities to manage local Health and Benefits accounts
  • Project management experience in coordinating global employee benefits
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in benefit audits, data analysis, financial modelling and presentation design
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
  • Teamwork capabilities
