Mission:

Collaborates in the alignment between the projects and tools developed by Technical Services and the needs of the business, ensuring the implementation of the SSTT function in the Operations Centres and independent hotels under its responsibility.


Functions:


  • Identifies needs, opportunities and Best Practices in the Operations Centres and independent hotels under his responsibility, which he transfers to the Technical Services Partner.
  • He is responsible for the monitoring of company projects (EISI; CO2PERATE, etc.) ensuring their adaptation to the regulations and organisation of his centres.
  • In relation to budget guidelines, he transfers to the Technical Services Partner specific needs of the Operations Centres and independent hotels under his responsibility.
  • Collaborates with the Technical Services Partner, Operations Managers/GMs and Business Partners in the supervision of the Maintenance budgets of the Operations Centres and independent hotels under their responsibility following the guidelines established by Hotel Services.
  • Manages small investment projects and Risk and SAVE investments.
  • Receives works carried out by Works and follows up on major works licence closure processes when the Works Project Manager leaves.
  • Oversee compliance with the technicallegal obligations in the hotels in terms of building and facilities, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), occupational risk prevention and customer safety, ecology and environment. Supervises the updating of the data room
  • Designs the Preventive Maintenance Plan in the Operations Centres and independent hotels under his responsibility, supervising its implementation.
  • Keeps the inventory of the technical installations of the hotels under his responsibility up to date.
  • Follows up on the Corrective Maintenance carried out (response times depending on the seriousness of the incident, resources assigned, cost, annual evolution).
  • Analyses and carries out daily monitoring of the main energy and environmental indicators of the establishments, promoting actions for their continuous improvement.
  • Supervises the materials/stocks in the business units to guarantee the efficiency of the inventory and the availability of tools and parts.

What are we looking for ?

  • 3 years or more experience in a similar position.
  • Engineering or technical engineering background
  • High level of English
