    Data Steward Role

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Data Steward with 5+ years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and a deep understanding of data ingestion, usage, quality, and stewardship.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure effective data management practices.
    • Develop and implement data governance strategies to maintain data quality and integrity.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in data management.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL.
    • 3+ years of experience using data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau etc).
    • Understanding of data, including ingestion, usage, quality, and stewardship.
    • SAP experience is an asset.
    • Consumer goods experience is preferred.
