Our client is a multinational in Barcelona.

¿Qué harás?:

During your daytoday:
You will ensure the bridge between management and employee relations
You will manage the recruitment and selection process
You will support current and future business needs
You will develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
You will supervise all HR activities, communications, and reports
You will handle payroll management and benefits
You will report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
You will ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

¿A quién buscamos?:

You're the person we're looking for if:
You have between 5-10 years of experience as an HR Manager
You have an indepth knowledge of Spanish labor law, payroll, collective agreements and HR best practices
You're highly peopleoriented and resultsdriven
You're used to building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
You have great leadership skills, excellent active listening, negotiation, problemsolving and analytical skills
You have a native level of Spanish, and at least a C1 level in French and English
You have a great knowledge of HR systems, tools and databases
You have demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
You have a degree in Human Resources or in a related field
