Descripción

Strong relationships with local team, procurement team and PTP.

Create new vendors/inactive vendors when received information from local market.
Update vendor when requested by PTP or local market, to contact with the supplier to receivethe supporting documentation.
Informing local team of their responsibilities and obligations, as they should send this information to vendor master data team when creating the vendor.
Evaluating current vendor creation process and identifying ways to improve them.
Responsible to maintain and extend vendor for new countries coming.

Multinational company located in Madrid|English & SAP

Bachelor ́s degree
High level of
English:
Good level of understanding of Group Management and Accounting Standards and Processes

-
SAP skills: Good level of experience with SAP FICO Masterdata Technical settings and integration principles between SAP modules SD / MM/FI / CO

Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills to develop network with Referentials owners
