    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation :

    As a Marketplace Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketplace strategy and driving growth across various sales channels.

    Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of strategic vision, data analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace landscape, competitors, and industry trends to nurture our wholesale team with a clear strategic vision of our marketplace presence, aligning it with overall business goals and game plan.
    • Conduct dedicated market analysis to identify growth opportunities while translating insights into actionable strategies.
    • Coordinate key reporting activities with our Business Analysis team to promote a culture where data-driven decisions lead to impactful actions.
    • Maximize sell-out by analyzing marketplace performance, identifying white spots, and exploring distribution opportunities.
    • Support the Sales Development Senior Manager with insights and recommendations.

    • Interpersonal skills and strong influencing capabilities.
    • Challenge the status quo, bring innovation and proactive mindset.
    • Financial acumen will be a plus.

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

    • University Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
    • years working as or with strategic or key accounts.
    • Sports marketplace experience will be valuable.
    • English : advanced level
    • IT skills : advanced Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
