Vos missions


Context:


As part of our expansion, we are looking for IT Business Engineer M/F for a permanent contract for our Madrid office.

Reporting directly to Noveo Madrid's Sales Manager, you will participate in the development of our offerings offers (Mobility, Cloud, Big Data, Web, AI, Crypto, BlockChain etc...) with key accounts, SMEs and startups.

You will work for the UK market.


Your Missions:

Coached on a day-to-day basis by your Sales Manager and experienced project managers, your main responsibilities are:

  • Participation in defining sales strategy (10%)
  • Creation and development of your UK customer portfolio from A to Z: Commercial
prospecting for key accounts, SMEs and Startups (40%)

  • Conducting customer meetings (Clevel) and understanding needs (10 to 35%)
  • Submitting proposals and participating in project presentations (5 to 25%)
  • Business and technical followup of projects in progress (5 to 10%)

Profile required:


Graduated from an Engineering or Business School, you are looking for a position as Business Engineer M/F in the IT sector.

Do you have the personality of a "hunter" and enjoy taking on professional challenges? Then this is the job for YOU

A first experience in business development is expected.
Native English (international context). Knowledge of French is appreciated. - Spanish is not a prerequisite.
Position based in Madrid for the UK Market.

Remuneration:

gross annual salary 35-40K€ + variable according to contracts signed and number of customer meetings carried out (uncapped variable) (approx.

10-15K€ the 1st year) + Public transport paid at 50%.

Several possible career paths:
BU Manager, position abroad, etc.
