Job description:

AERTEC is an international company specialising in aerospace technology. It is active in the aerospace industry, defence and airports.

We are seeking to recruit an HR technician, and the main the activities for the position are:

  • International recruitment, screening and interviewing processes, from end to end.
  • Onboarding process. Personnel Administration and Labour Relations.
  • Coordination and follow up of joiners and leavers.
  • Employment contracts and employment procedures in different countries.
  • Relation with external consultancies in different countries.
  • Management of training platform.
  • Sick leaves & paid leaves.

Minimum educational qualifications:

University Degree.


Minimum experience:

Four (4) years.


Minimum requirements:


  • High level or native English.

Desirable:
