Farm Heroes Saga is one of King's beloved casual games titles with _over 5 million daily players._ _We_ _have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Live Marketing Director to join Farm Heroes Saga to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to support our in
- game events in order to expand the audience and form deeper connections with our players.

As a passionate marketer with a strong interest to innovate within your craft, you will be embedded in the Product team within Farm and will collaborate with a cross
- functional team including development, production, design art and product to increase player engagement through well planned promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Your role within our Kingdom:


  • Collaborate with the game team to build and operate a holistic calendar with creative and marketable in
- game events that drive player engagement

  • Lead and execute the promotional strategy for our in
- game events to amplify impact and increase reach

  • Drive the adoption of the new CRM tech
  • Braze within the team, and ensuring standard methodologies in both operations and business impact, as well as providing training and support for other team members
  • Partner with analytics team to define segmented CRM communications and define standard methodologies per targeted group, focusing on building tailored and personalized experiences
  • Encourage and coordinate initiatives across alternative marketing channels (performance, social, cross promo, platforms featuring) to increase exposure of in
- game events

  • Identify and drive opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that can drive more players into the game.
  • Work with creative agencies and studios to build the new content strategy proposition across multiple channels and to define processes and elevate quality of the marketing assets
  • Provide a player
- centric view of all our marketing activities to reach our players effectively, collaborating with the UX team to build outstanding customer journeys and ensuring the delivery of the right message at the right time to the right segment.


Skills to create thrills

  • Experienced Marketer with a good understanding and appreciation of broader marketing (especially CRM), ideally working within a consumer internet or gaming business.
  • Highly analytical, with experience in data
- driven decision making

  • Experience leading cross
- functional and multi
- channel initiatives and projects in a dynamic agile business environment.

  • Experience with CRM campaign management tools (i.e. Braze), reporting tools (i.e. Looker), and agency/clients briefs and negotiation.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying problems, troubleshooting issues and problem
- solving.

  • Creative mindset that uses a mix of strategy, intuition and data to deliver unique experiences to our players utilizing the different pillars of marketing and a deep understanding of the player lifecycle.
