The role


Reporting to the Kronos Team Lead, the Senior Integration Consultant is part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining Kronos time management systems and/or customer service activities (guidance, consultancy etc.).

Working with notable, multinational customers, he/she will ensure that the service provided by Alight is accurate and timely. Responsibilities will be focused on Kronos time management systems and/or customer service.


This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where exposure to other workforce management tools and platforms will be gained, along with associated learning and development opportunities.

Alight supports flexible working patterns, offering the possibility to work remotely.


Responsibilities

  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design.
  • Building, modifying and supporting integrations.
  • Troubleshooting errors.
  • Managing configuration migrations utilizing PTM.
  • Supporting Kronos device management.

Requirements:


  • Strong experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions (technical module).
  • Strong knowledge of UKG configuration tools, such as UKG WFC and UKG WFD. (Integrations and technical modules)
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving UKG system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and crossfunctional teams.
  • Fluency in English (other European languages is a plus).
  • Relevant UKG certifications, such as UKG WFC Integration consultant certification or UKG WFD Integration consultant certification (Boomi).
