From the Automotive industry of Capgemini Engineering, we have a new challenge for you, we are looking for a product engineer with experience in plastic part development in collaboration with one of our main clients in Partes del Vallés.

Main tasks of the role:

Technical development of injected plastic trim for automotive industry

Product design according specifications and requirements functionality timing and cost targets

Prototype definition and testing

Design FMEA elaboration 3D data review and drawing definition

Tolerance stack up Definition of general tooling and manufacturing requirements

Review of first parts tests and validation reports

Product improvement Coordination with the Engineering team CAD and CAE

Quality Process plant and suppliers

Communication with customer OEM

Desired Skills:

Experience in automotive industry
