    We are excited to invite you to join us in building Porsche's Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona, where we aim to create a new and innovative platform to inspire the customer experience of the Porsche brand. As a Customer Expert for the Iberian market, your role will be instrumental in ensuring customer success, making you a valuable Porsche Ambassador.

    Are you fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese? We are seeking passionate individuals who possess a deep understanding of the Porsche brand and are eager to revolutionize our customer service. As a Customer Expert, your mission will be to become the home that our clients want to return to, delivering high levels of satisfaction and care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Representing our client's products and services to customers
    • Being the primary point of contact for customers from the Iberian market
    • Supporting the development of the Customer Interaction Center through the introduction of your ideas
    • Utilizing your communication skills to assist customers with a wide range of inquiries
    • Ensuring customers have a positive experience that aligns with our client's quality standards

    Requirements:

    • Native-level fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, along with a proficient level of English
    • Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and effectively handle their emotions
