Descripción

Depending on the Customer Service Manager, the main functions are:Receive and register orders from national and international clients in the system.

Confirm receipt with the client and verify prices, incoterms and payment conditions.
Review product availability according to customer requirements.

Carry out the necessary coordination with the Production Planning, Purchasing and Distribution departments to guarantee the service in the manner, time and quality agreed with the client.

Inform customers of product delivery dates, as well as any changes that may arise. Resolution of incidents, delivery delays or other unforeseen events.
Issuance of the necessary documentation for the transportation of the products.
Coordinate maritime shipments with different transport agents, depending on the destination country.
Prepare documentation for customs clearance.

Prepare maritime transport documentation to send to the client/bank based on the payment method and delivery conditions (bank transfer, L/C, CAD).Receive letters of credit and review that they conform to the corresponding Proforma Invoice; Otherwise, request modifications and follow up.

Sending technical documentation (TDS, MSDS, certificates of analysis, specifications) requested by clients.
Registration, monitoring and closing of claims in SAP.Management and organization of customer returns.
Registration of new clients and modifications in SAP.Post customer payments and claim late payments.

Check orders blocked by credit limit and decide whether to release them or not after consulting with the Department Manager.


  • Experiència 4 mesos. Experience is not essential as far as education in Foreign or International Trade is certified
