e looking for a qualified Team Lead for our Key Account Managers based in Barcelona with Spanish and English at a Full Proficiency level to drive our sales strategy, nurture client relationships, and maximize revenue generation opportunities.

We are currently more than 80 people revolutionizing the educational field with innovative products that are continuously growing, enhancing our value proposition for our global customers such as NASA, Blackboard, Moodle, Yale University, or Pearson among others.


Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
  • Lead the KAM team:
  • Communicate goals and targets and set objectives for the team.
  • Prioritize and assign work.
  • Coordinate the team's roadmap and their time off.
  • Provide feedback and conduct Performance Reviews.
  • Coach, motivate, and inspire the team.
  • Develop and improve the Reseller Channel:
  • Develop with the Channel Manager the reseller channel strategy.
  • Propose and define specific actions to motivate the resellers and generate new sales.
  • Coach, motivate, and guide the channel team to ensure their performance and results.
  • Be the first point of contact for new international business prospects.
  • Define and execute different strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by working under a sales plan.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
  • Consultative sales: Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Keep the database updated (Salesforce).
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, including speaking opportunities and networking events.

Job Requirements

  • 24 years experience in IT sales (SaaS is a must).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales or related training.
  • Proficiency level in Spanish and English. Other languages are welcome.
  • Prior experience actively prospecting customers.
  • Demonstrable hunter sales skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close meetings.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Organized, methodical.
  • Responsible and proactive.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Knowledge of technological concepts related to SaaS Software.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in negotiations with C-Levels.
  • Proven expertise selling technical solutions.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of standard terminology in EdTech.
  • Knowledge of the Education industry.
  • Proven experience in reseller channel development in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
