    Finance officerAG Solution is growing services and consulting company with offices across Europe, e.g. Antwerp, Barcelona, Madrid, Lyon, Lille, Koln, etc.

    To support this growth we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic new colleague for our finance & administration team.

    What will be your main responsibilities? Support of accounts payable and accounts receivable Process timesheets and follow-up where neededYou will actively work with other staff to get needed documents and correspond with customers and vendorsCreate purchase ordersFollow-up on bank positions and cashflowAdditional tasks to grow into: Prepare the monthly VAT and other needed returns Perform monthly closing entriesPick-up more responsibilities in other entities and other tools within the companyAssist in annual closing workAssist in creating management reportsWho exactly are we looking for? First steps taken in a similar finance roleFluent in English.

    Knowledge of any other language is a plusGood sense of organisation and proceduresSomeone with a strong attention to detail and qualityProficient with MS OfficeGood in time managementWhat has AG Solution to offer A competitive salary with extra benefits:
