Within the Groupe Roullier, in order to further strengthen our international development, The Magnesium division is looking for an International Industrial Project Manager, based in Spain.

Deputy Industrial Director


Location:
Navarra / Spain

Reporting to the Industrial Director, you will have to further develop our international industrial projects.


Your main missions will be:

• Support in the design and implementation of the strategies, policies and production plans of the Company and each of the mines or production units.
• Propose the optimization of human, financial and material resources in the Production area, to obtaining the highest performance.
• Analyze the current and future needs of technological means of production, establishing evolution plans in the production processes.
• Guarantee the processes and quality standards of the production and ensure their compliance.

You have experience participating in international industrial projects from A to Z, ideally completed with a management position. You also have a perfect command of English, and Spanish or French will be highly valued. You are willing to travel frequently.

Profil


Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA or Master level preferred

• Language: English

• Spanish or French highly appreciated
• Able to travel from 30% to 50% of the time
• Experience in chemical, cement, paper, glass, raw material transformation sectors.
