Job Description:

The Multichannel Business Partner is a member of Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) department.

Principal Accountabilities:

Manage a Global Portal Solution:
Project Management.
Work in company processes with different internal stakeholders.
Support on PRC review of promotional materials.
External vendor management.
Editorial Plan and media planning to have the web updated and promoted.
Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Ability to understand social media platforms and how to use them to distribute content, gain more links and build successful campaigns.
Work in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders adding value and supporting the digital transformation.
Analysis of multichannel campaigns execution to improve results and optimize channel use.
Preparation of digital assets in collaboration with marketing, V&A, and medical teams as well as external agencies.
Virtual meetings planning and execution support.
Implementation of Customer Engagement Plans.
Social media campaign management.
Driving innovation through scoping, presentation and implementation of new digital projects and tools.
Data analysis.
Budget management.

Qualifications:

Economic or Business Administration, Engineer or IT degree.
Preferably some experience in Digital marketing.
Solid English command.
Proactive, enthusiastic, optimistic, cando attitude is a must and flexible.
Project Management skills.
Analytical skills.
Be a team player and at the same time ability to selfmanage.
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
The capacity to priorities and work across multiple projects.
The ability to work independently and flexibly.
