    HUGO BOSS is currently looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator for the Operations department.

    Your main objetive will be coordination of the activities Retail Sector Iberia) While being an integral part of an international team of retail operators based in Western Hub EMEA.

    In this position, you will benefit from international exposuere by working in Western Hub ́s global projects.

    The position is based in Madrid, it ́s a stable position with possibility of immediate incorporation.

    What you can expect:

    Sales Support :

    • Be the main day-to-day point of contact between the poinst of sale and head office.
    • Investigate problemas and find solutions with stakeholders.
    • Grant and update sales system info.
    • Check and support regular store orders to ensure efficient service. ( Packaging, gifts cards, stock supplies and others.
    • Create, modify, and validate access codes at the store software leve.

    Communication:

    • Ensure the quality and consustency of the communication flow between the headquaters and the stores ( Newsletter, Sales Guidelines and sales calendar, comunication packages and others).
    • Coordinate weekly and monthly sales meetings between the Retail team and other departments.
    • Manage the relationship with suppliers and partners.

    Processes & Projests:

    • Analyze and review current business practices to ensure stores are effectively using systems, standards and processes and meeting business needs.
    • Implementaion of new procedures and guidelines based on company requests.
    • Create, supervise and train retail teams in the various operational procedures an processes.
    • Implement and omnichannel strategy and actively manage the topic in the market.
    • Progress and follow-up of various projects.
    • Be the point of contact for selected " Pilot" projects in the market and facilitate their implementation.
    • Coordinate the meetings of the project for the openings/Closings/renovation of points of sale and ensure the proper functioning of the same.
    • Organize and lead conferences, seminars and team events.

    Reports & Analytics:

    • Monitor and analyze direct customer feedback.
    • Update and create relevant reports to track performance indicators; KPIS.
    • Update and track team budgets.
    • Support Retail directos ( Spain & Portugal); for any adhoc request. ( reports & analysis of key statistics related to compay performance, presentations and motivational levers for retail teams, organization of retail seminar, monitoring of the results of challenges).
    • Tracj and calculate tean bonuses in the store.

    Your profile:

    • University degree or bachellor degree in marketing, communication or similar.
    • Master ́s degree related to the position will be highly valued.
    • Previous experience in a department such as operations, retail, sales or similar.
    • Have analytical, organized thinking and attention to detail.
    • Good knowledge of the Business and it ́s expectations.
    • Be recognized for the quality of your communications, both written and oral and yout level of commitment.
    • Have a good knowledge of the retail world (sales environment and system).
    • Be able to communicate in Spanish and English.
    • C1 Advanced in English level.
    • Knowledge of a third language such as Portuguese is highly valued.
    • Microsoft 365; Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
    • Be enthusiastic, confident and motivated.
    • Be a proactive person and show initiative to achieve the Companys KPIS.
    • Adapt to any situation and be ready to take on new challenges.
    • Be able to manage multiple request and organize them in a relevant way through priority management.
