As a
Sales Development Representative focusing on the Swiss market, you will drive WorkMotion's expansion in Switzerland through mostly outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.

You'll play a crucial role in generating and qualifying sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.

This position offers the opportunity to learn from our experienced sales team and contribute to our ever-growing Sales and SDR Playbook.

What you'll do:

Drive WorkMotion's expansion in Switzerland through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
Represent WorkMotion at local fairs and international conferences
Generate and qualify sales leads to turn into opportunities and closed business
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies
Committed to supporting WM's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local fairs, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads
Collaborate with the Swiss Account Executive to optimise the current workflow by sharing ideas and implementing new strategies
Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on direct prospect interactions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through datadriven analysis and experimentation

What we're looking for:

Experience in a customerfacing, ideally salesrelated role, such as Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser etc.
Bachelor's degree in any communicationrelated (e.g., Foreign Languages, Humanities) or businessrelated field or qualification by equivalent, relevant experience
Techsavvy with motivation and capacity to master new tools, such as CRMs (e.g. HubSpot)
Nativelevel skills in
English & Swiss German; French and Italian are a plus
Proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency
Great communicator, convincing both in spoken and written language
Adaptable and comfortable with a fastpaced environment
Active in relationship building, collaborating with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
