We're now seeking a EMEA Professional Services Category Manager (W/M):

FUCTION DESCRIPTION:

The EMEA Professional Services Category Manager Reports to The Iberia & Africa Purchasing and Supply Chain Business Partner and is responsible of $70M spend across 43 countries.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and drive the execution of the EMEA Professional Services Strategy.
Partner and engage with key Senior stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Communication, IT/DT, Finance ) to drive strategic and transformation projects.
Functionally lead a team of Professional Services Market Group (MG) Category Managers and local buyers to leverage spend, generate supplier synergies and share best practices.
Challenge existing processes, specifications, operating models, tools and practices to generate TCO reduction and increase governance and compliance.
Build and manage the annual savings plan and projects roadmap for Professional Services. Track monthly progress and propose corrective actions to close any gap.
Manage regional tenders and support Market Group Category Managers and local buyers on the execution of local tenders.
Lead the performance review of regional and global suppliers in EMEA and act as the single point of contact between Otis and the suppliers.
Maintain Market Intelligence and track the evolution of market (prices, innovation, tools, regulation changes, etc.)
Ensure compliance to the internal processes and the Group's Procurement Policy.

PROFILE

Training:
Master, MBA, Academic Degree in Business or Purchasing.

Experience: 5 to 10 years in a matrix and international environment.

KEY SKILLS

Fluent English and Spanish. French Desired
Proven Experience in managing Professional Services and in particular Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Proven Experience in negotiating complex agreements with different cost models and high focus on SLAs and KPIs
Experience in managing IT/DT categories (Services, Infrastructure, Telcom) a plus
Knowledge of EMEA/Global market players, market drivers, risks, industry trends and Technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence Senior Executives and Directors.
Ability to propose innovative solutions, challenge existing ones, navigate between Strategic and Operational
Mastery of strategic purchasing practices (7 steps, etc.) and category management
Proficiency in purchasing negotiation
Ability to work with and lead Cross-Functional teams in a matrix organization
